Role description
We are now looking for a Chemical Engineer to join our R&D team and help advance our catalyst and electrochemical process development. This hands-on, cross-functional role involves lab-scale testing, simulation, and collaboration across design, materials, and external labs.
Your tasks include working with electrodeposition, corrosion mitigation, and material selection to optimize our next-generation alkaline electrolyser.
You will be involved in many aspects of the development process:
- Drive process design focused on catalyst optimization.
- Influence the product design, manufacturing, purchasing, material selection.
- In-house development of electrochemical processes.
- Testing, experiments and industrialization.
- External/internal communication, coordination and documentation
You have an academic degree in relevant field together with a product oriented as well as analytical approach to problem solving. Rich experience within the relevant field will be of great value. Fluent English is a must.
